Yan He presents quantum metasurfaces at NanoP 2026

October 2026 🎤: From Glasgow to Rome! Yan He presented our work, “Secure Quantum Metasurfaces for Direct Quantum Key Distribution Measurements”, at NanoP 2026 on 6 October.

The idea is to build the quantum measurement into the optical surface itself. Yan shared our metasurface designs for directing photons into the measurement channels needed for quantum key distribution, working towards more compact receivers.

Lovely to see Yan sharing this work with the wider nanophotonics community. Well done, Yan! 🎉
